You may return the product and get a new size for the same product. You just need to pay the shipping charges required.

For our international orders, we take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. We only send the best products and request our customers to check the size guide and product details before placing the orders.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
