Our Founder – Bhushan Kamble: A Social Entrepreneur with Vision

Bhushan  Kamble, the visionary force behind Vhaan, was born and educated in Mumbai. His journey is a remarkable fusion of technical expertise, transformative leadership, and an unwavering passion for social impact:

• Educational & Professional Prowess: Bhushan holds a Master’s in Information Technology from Mumbai University and an MBA in Business Development from SPJIMR, Mumbai. Beginning his career as a Developer and Team Lead for banks, he cultivated a love for programming and innovative problem-solving – the bedrock of his social entrepreneurial path.
• From IT to E-Commerce & Social Impact: Driven by a deep desire to create lasting change, Bhushan transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching an e-commerce social enterprise. Today, Vhaan exports authentic Indian handicrafts to over 20 countries and leverages AI and Data-driven Digital Marketing to empower our artisans. Under his guidance, Vhaan has been featured in 14 national newspapers and global platforms like BBC, Josh Talks, and Indian Express, earning 4 prestigious awards. भूषण  कांबळे, वहाणचे visionary संस्थापक, यांचा जन्म आणि शिक्षण मुंबईत झाले. त्यांचा प्रवास तांत्रिक कौशल्ये, नेतृत्व क्षमता, आणि सामाजिक बदलांसाठी असलेली अफाट ओढ यांचा अनोखा संगम आहे:

• शैक्षणिक व व्यावसायिक उत्कृष्टता: भूषण यांच्याकडे मुंबई विद्यापीठातून माहिती तंत्रज्ञान (Information Technology) मध्ये मास्टर्स, आणि SPJIMR, मुंबई मधून व्यवसाय विकास (Business Development) मध्ये MBA पदवी आहे. बँकांसाठी Developer आणि Team Lead म्हणून सुरुवात केलेल्या कारकिर्दीत, त्यांनी प्रोग्रामिंग आणि नवनवीन समस्या सोडवण्याच्या आवड जोपासली, जी पुढे त्यांच्या सामाजिक उद्योजकतेच्या प्रवासाचा आधारस्तंभ ठरली.
