Exchanges We understand that sometimes a perfect fit may not be achieved on the first try. If you require a size exchange, we are happy to assist. Simply send your pair back to us, and we will facilitate the exchange process.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Vhaan.in
Exchange Policy:
Size / Fit Issue:
You may return the product and get a new size for the same product. You just need to pay the shipping charges required.
General Terms & Conditions for Returns / Exchange / Refund:
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original labels and invoices.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, you can return it in the same condition within 2 days of you receiving it. Items beyond that date will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
- Products that have been damaged by your usage are not eligible for returned or exchange or refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in any above case.
- If we not able to arrange reverse pick-up for the product due to some technical reasons or unavailability of our logistics partners, in the case, you may be requested to send such products to our registered address through any available courier services.
- You must get a authorization email from us before returning the product.
- Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Refund is only applicable if we are unable to provide Product .
- The company reserves the right to accept or reject the request for return & Refund.
- In Case of Exceptional In the event that a customer orders an incorrect size without consulting the size chart and subsequently requests an exchange for a size that is not listed on the size chart, a refund will be processed under the following conditions:
A deduction will be applied to the refund amount, calculated as the higher of either: 10% of the total order value, or 250 INR
This deduction will serve as a cancellation fees.
