Where can I find my tracking number?

Look for the AWB or tracking number in the SMS, WhatsApp message or email sent when your order ships. This is different from the order number in your purchase confirmation.

Why is there no tracking update yet?

A new tracking number may not show movement until the courier scans your parcel. Check again later. The Shiprocket tracking page shows the latest available shipment updates.

Can I track with my order number?

This tracker uses your courier AWB / tracking number, rather than your Vhaan order number. Find it in the shipping SMS, WhatsApp message or email sent after dispatch.
